Alkaline water source

  1. Hello Happy Brewers!
    Looking for your thoughts and experiences with using a more alkaline water source for your batches. We are increasing our production and would like to partner with a purification system that re-mineralizes after filtering and has a ph of 7.2-7.6 or as high as 8.5-9.5. Thoughts, ideas, insights, experience?
