Mold on Vegetables?

I am very concerned with my pickl-it fermentation right now. In the earlier stages a green bean had popped above the brine and developed white mold, so I took it out. Then about a week later just on the inside of the container above the brine white mold started developing on the dill that had escaped from the brine. So I wiped all that off with a paper towel, not touching the brine. Now a few days later it looks like this (pictures below). What are your suggestions? I was told that mold would not be a problem with an airlock so I'm not sure what I did wrong, and also if these vegetables are safe to consume.

    Thank You,
