Hello! I have a question. Despite having my kombucha covered with tulle have appeared small worms in it, I think they are fly. I washed the bowl and the fungus, is there anything else I can do to eliminate the larvae or eggs? Thank you

I'm shuddering here... I'd be tossing the whole batch out. Eww!

Likely you have these because flies got through the mesh/covering and laid eggs. I've had the problem before. Houseflies or fruit flies can do this (likely fruit flies because they can sometimes 'worm' their way through a badly sealed kombucha cover.

Toss everything and start again fresh with both new scoby and new tea. Don't reuse anything.
