thanks for the awesome information you have on this page. We love making home kombucha and decided to sell some. I have a question. Hope you can help out.
How can the commercial kombuchas have an expiration date for a year or so. If we store our homemade kombucha it would be too vinegary for most people. So how can we make the carbonation and taste stay sort of consistent for a while and also keeping the live cultures live?
