How much is too kombucha
I have heard it said that you shouldn’t have more than 200-250mls of kombucha per day. I have replaced soft drink/sodas with kombucha so at times I will have more than the above amounts. This seems a better option as the kombucha is low in sugar. But I have also heard that it may not be good in larger daily quantities due to the acidity of the kombucha. Is this correct or are there other reasons why you shouldn’t drink too much.
