    Prepare the Avocados

    The best way to cut the avocado is to cut it in half long ways. Using a spoon, scoop out the inside flesh. Mash it up smoothly in a bowl using a fork.

    Add the apple cider vinegar and sea salt to the avocado and stir until completely combined.

    Add Kefir

    Pour the milk kefir into the avocado mixture until it is completely combined.
    Note: If you want to make this recipe into a salad dressing, make the mix thinner by adding a little more milk kefir. If you want to make it into a dip, use less kefir so that the consistency is thick.

    Add the chipotle powder and stir until well blended.
    Note: Taste test the dip and add more powder if you want a spicier taste.
