For this recipe, you will need to complete a batch of water kefir. If you are new to water kefir, this probiotic drink is packed full of important ingredients to aid in a healthy digestive system, such as bacterias that are beneficial, natural yeast, and vitamins and nutrients.
An active ingredient for this recipe, honey is going to give your gelatin a sweet taste. Most gelatin recipes call for sugar and gelatin together. Omit the sugar and replace it with golden nutritious honey. Raw honey is better for this recipe instead of processed.
You can choose to use blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or even cherries for this recipe. Its best to use fresh berries for this recipe instead of frozen berries.

Bring it all together
Add the berry and water kefir mix from the blender into the gelatin and stir thoroughly to ensure that everything has been mixed together well.
Pour over Berries
Pour the mixture over top of the berries you placed in the glass dish.
Cover up the dish to ensure that no odors reach the gelatin while its chilling
Place the glass dish of gelatin inside the refrigerator immediately and allow it to chill for up to eight hours.
