This dip is the ultimate dip for everything from crackers to fruit. If you like the taste of dill, this dip will be perfect. Dill is sometimes an acquired taste and not everyone will welcome this change from the normal dip selection but for those who like it, they will keep coming back again and again. The texture is cool and creamy which makes it great for dipping crackers and even chips into. Carrot sticks go great with this recipe as well.

    Milk Kefir

The first ingredient you will need in this recipe is milk kefir. You will need to complete the fermentation process before you make this dip. If you need a recipe for milk kefir, you can find it here.  Milk kefir is filled with probiotics to assist your digestive system in doing what it does best – digesting foods you consume. Without the proper enzymes, good bacterias, and natural yeast, your stomach cannot digest the foods properly, or they take longer to digest the foods that you have consumed. Keeping your system working on a regular basis is important. Milk kefir can help you with that.
    Dill

Most people don’t give herbs a second thought however there is more to them than meets the eye.

Garlic has been used for many things in the past and its still being relied on for conditions such as helping the body with purifying blood, help fight off colds and the flu, improve the health of your heart, contains anti-bacterial properties, assist the body in warding off certain types of cancer development, and more.

    Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is also an acquired taste and is delicious in many dishes. Add it to your water to enjoy the taste and help you to lose weight if you are trying. Lemon juice is great for the skin and improves the digestive system.
