1 cup of strawberries fresh or frozen and cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of lime juice
1/8 teaspoon of orange juice
1 cup of milk kefir cultured

    Prepare the strawberries

    Before you can create this great tasting drink, you will first need to prepare the strawberries. Wash them off carefully, destem, and cut into small pieces so they will blend easier. Add them to the blender.

    Measure the lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice carefully before placing them in the bender with the strawberries.
