Ingredients

1 ½ cups of olive oil
3 garlic cloves finely minced
1 ½ Tablespoons onion minced
1 Tablespoon of honey
½ teaspoon of basil dried
1 Tablespoon of sea salt
1 ½ Tablespoons of parsley fresh and minced
¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon of oregano dried
1 cup of Kombucha fermented longer to achieve the taste of vinegar

    Italian dressing is great when you are on a diet when compared to creamy dressing that can hold lots of calories and fat. Italian dressing has vitamin K and it the acidic flavor can aid in better digestion. To make it even more tarty, omit the honey from the recipe below.     Combine the Ingredients Together

    In a quart sized jar, mix olive oil, garlic, onion, honey, basil, sea salt, parsley, oregano red pepper flakes, and kombucha together and stir thoroughly before covering tightly. Once you have it covered, give the jar a good shake in order to blend all the ingredients together.

    Pour your Italian salad dressing over your salad or you can place it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.

    Remember that oil and vinegar will separates as it sits so before each use, you will want to give it another shake to bring it all together again.
