    In order to make milk kefir, you will first need to purchase milk kefir grains. These grains are available from a dedicated seller that has the knowledge and experience to produce the grains. These grains look a lot like rice and are rubbery in texture. These grains contain bacteria that will be used to ferment your milk and create the milk kefir you will love. You simply need a few grains to add to a cup of whole milk in order to begin the fermenting process.     Lime

    You can use frozen pineapple but fresh pineapple will give you more Flavor. Once you have sliced your pineapple, dice two slices for this recipe. Add to your blender.

    With this recipe, you have two options; First, you can bring home a whole coconut and try to break it open then cut off enough coconut to shred or you can purchase it already shredded. The choice is yours as long as you are adding shredded coconut to this recipe. Once it's shredded and measured out, add it to your blender.
