You simply need a few grains to add to a cup of whole milk in order to begin the fermenting process. Lime
Limes are often overlooked as a nutritional addition to your diet. The juice of a lime can help with losing weight, improve skin care, improve digestion, help relieve constipation, and help with urinary disorders, respiratory disorders, peptic ulcers, gout, and more.
Lime juice can often be purchased at a grocery store or you can purchase a lime, cut it in half and squeeze the juice out yourself. You only need a teaspoon of lime juice.
Pineapple
This delicious yellow tropical fruit can be added along with the lime and the coconut to create a balanced taste that is perfect for this recipe. Pineapple can help improve your respiratory health, help with cough and colds, improve your digestive functions, help with weight loss, improve eye and oral health, and it can e great at fighting off infections. While cutting up a pineapple can take some time, it helps to know that you are going to benefit from the great taste of pineapple.
Coconut
Coconut may be healthier than what you realise. The coconut comes in a hard shell that can seem nearly impossible to crack open but once you do, you will love what comes out. The coconut offers milk that is full of vitamins and minerals. The actual coconut will need to be removed from the shell. When adding coconut with another Flavor, it will most likely compliment the other Flavor instead of over power it. Coconut is used to help with weight loss, it includes fiber, helps regulate bowel movements, and help to lower the blood pressure while regulating blood sugar.
