    For this recipe, you will need an orange. Selecting the right orange in the super market today can be a little difficult because there are so many to choose from; size, texture, with seeds or not, and more. These choices will determine what your taste buds experience. You can choose to use frozen orange juice concentrate if you don’t have fresh oranges around.

    Prepare the orange juice

    If you are going to use fresh squeezed orange juice, you will need to extract the juice from the orange. If you are using frozen juice concentrate, measure out the juice and pour it into the blender.

    Add vanilla

    Add the vanilla to the orange juice in the blender.

    Add milk Kefir

    Once the milk kefir has been processed, pour it into the blender with the vanilla and orange juice.

    Add ice cubes

    Pour in the cup of ice cubes and place the lid on the blender.

    Process the ingredients until completely smooth. You can enjoy the orange milk kefir immediately or you can refrigerate it until later.

    If you don't have milk kefir, you can always use this recipe with yogurt too. The probiotics found in the milk kefir is also found in yogurt too.
