With this combination of pear, ginger, and clove your kumbucha is going to rock your taste buds. Pears are not a good taste for everyone. If you try to avoid pears whenever possible, consider all the healthy benefits of choosing to eat a pear the next time. Pears can help with your current weight loss program, improve your digestive health, heart health, and help to keep the body’s fluids in check. Pears can also do their share to help reduce your chances of developing cancer.
With foods made the way that they are today, it’s easy to get the digestive system out of sorts and this can lead to so many different stomach issues; gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. When stomach issues develop, it’s hard to think about anything else and who has time for that? Pears are full of fibers that are not soluable which means that they work like bulking agents inside the intestines in the body.
Ginger is also good for stomach issues such as nausea. Ginger can be extremely helpful in reducing muscle pain and aches after a workout. Ginger also helps to lower your natural blood sugars as well as improve your overall heart health, preventing diseases from developing.
Cloves have plenty of reasons to add it to as many dishes as possible. Not only do cloves contain antibacterial properties but they also protect your live, help control diabetes, and preserve your bone health.
When you combine all three of these wonderful ingredients with kombucha, you are going to have a very healthy drink. If you haven’t made your first batch of kombucha yet, you can find the recipe here.
