    Pour the coconut milk and the honey into a bowl to microwave it or in a small kettle on the stove. Bring the mixture to a warm temperature. Don't over-heat it, you are simply warming it up enough to allow the ingredients to mix together.

    Pour the milk kefir into the coconut milk and honey mixture.
