Is my my kombucha still good if only a very thin baby scoby formed on top?
I’m new with kombucha home brewing. 4 batches in and I have been very successful in the process, that is until now. My current batch of kombucha has formed a very thin scoby layer on top. After reading your post I have a general idea on troubleshooting this issue, however need to know if my current batch that barely formed a baby scoby is consumable?
