Using a juicer for fruit, herbs. How much to use in kombucha?
I prefer to secondary corny kegs and then force carbonate and I want to use a masticating juicer for fruit and or herbs but not sure how much of the juice to use? All recipes or info I can find on flavoring states to use chopped up herbs or fruit or organic fruit juice. Is there any reference to using pressed juice from herbs and fruit out there? Like amounts compared to leaf or similar.
